Returns
We want you to love your Lunabelle purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging where possible
Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items including bras, bikini bottoms, underwear, and other intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged once the hygiene seal/tags have been removed, unless the item is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Request a Return
Please message us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Intimate apparel (bras, underwear, bikini bottoms) with hygiene seal/tags removed
- Items marked as final sale
- Custom or personalized items (unless faulty)
